IDRYN independently verifies what AI agents do in the real world — then preserves that verified behavior as the record from which risk can be understood, priced, and proven.
| Subject | Autonomous support agent |
| Actions in scope | Refunds · payments · record changes · customer messages |
| Verification basis | Payment processor · CRM · email provider · internal ledger |
| History status | History developing — outcomes are being verified and preserved |
| Risk signal status | Not yet scored — sufficient verified history required |
Answers can be wrong cheaply. Actions move money, change records, and make promises to customers. Every action an agent takes eventually lands in a system of record — which means every claim an agent makes can, in principle, be checked.
The agent says the customer was made whole. The processor either shows it, or it doesn’t.
Payments, payouts, and collections leave amounts, recipients, and settlement states.
Updates agents claim to have made exist as fields with timestamps — or as gaps.
Delivery is a fact held by the provider, independent of the agent’s summary.
Reservations and orders are confirmed — or not — by the counterparty’s system.
Support agent reports a refund of $1,240.00 completed.
Checked under authorized read access: transaction, amount, recipient, status.
All fields match. The outcome is written to the agent’s record with its evidence.
IDRYN doesn’t ask the agent whether it succeeded. It checks the system where success should exist — and preserves both the claim and the result, including when they disagree.
Each consequential claim an agent makes is checked against the authorized system of record. The output is not a log — it is a verified outcome.
Verified outcomes accumulate into a persistent behavioral history for each agent — across tasks, systems, and deployments. One verified outcome is proof; thousands become a record.
With sufficient verified history, patterns become measurable: discrepancy rates, loss severity, remediation behavior. An illustrative framework today — published with its methodology, never as a black box. Decision thresholds remain with each organization.
The same verified history produces evidence packets: what was claimed, what the record showed, and how the conclusion was reached — prepared for approvals, disputes, underwriting, and claims review.
Identity tells you who is acting. Observability tells you how it ran. IDRYN establishes what actually happened — and what that history means.
| Layer | Question | Provided by |
|---|---|---|
| Identity / KYA | Who is acting? | Agent identity and provenance providers |
| Authorization | What is it allowed to do? | Permissions, policies, payment credentials |
| Observability / Evals | How did it behave while executing? | Traces, logs, evaluations, guardrails |
| IDRYN — Verification | Did the intended outcome actually occur? | Independent checks against systems of record |
| IDRYN — Record & Score | How trustworthy has it been over time? | Persistent behavioral history; explainable risk signals |
Prove reliability and unlock higher-trust agent actions. Verified behavior is the evidence enterprise customers — and your own risk team — can rely on.
Verify high-impact actions and investigate failures with independent evidence, instead of reconstructing events from the agent’s own logs.
Bring verified agent behavior into underwriting and claims review — a behavioral data layer for a class of risk that currently has none.
IDRYN sells no agents, runs no marketplace, and takes no side in a dispute. Verification is the whole business — that is what makes the record credible to all sides.
Every conclusion carries its source: the system checked, the method used, and the time of the check. A result that cannot show its provenance is not published.
Risk signals are published with the factors and verified history behind them. Institutions set their own thresholds; IDRYN supplies the evidence.
No scores without sufficient history. No figures without a basis. Where the record is still developing, the record says so.
We are onboarding a small number of design partners across platforms, enterprises, and insurance. Tell us what your agents do — and what proof would change what you let them do.
Thanks. If the workflow fits our current design-partner scope, we’ll contact you directly.
